Incredible RUReady retreat to Ibiza. Everything planned out for you so it was nice not to have to think about it but also plenty free time to relax, the girls have found the perfect balance! Such an amazing experience!

I really had the trip of a lifetime in Bali - the whole retreat was absolutely full of adventure, challenging workouts, like-minded people and an itenerary that meant we saw so much of the local culture & must-sees as well as having some downtime in the sun.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RU Ready and as a solo traveller who didn't know anyone before I turned up, I felt Steph & Lauren created the perfect vibe to I felt super welcome and comfy from day 1. It was absolutely life changing for me so if you're thinking of it - JUST GO FOR IT

WOWWW!! Where to start... the trip of a lifetime! I cant describe how much of a beautiful place Bali is it has totally stole my heart! Steph & Lauren are AMAZING they are so welcoming and have included absolutely everything on this retreat - I can't thank them enough. I had never done anything like this before and it blew me away! It was an incredible journey for me. I experienced a whole new level of self growth on this trip and it has inspired me to do soooo much more. The usual holiday will not cut it!! It was so nice to be with the girls, meeting lovely people and seeing the most beautiful places. I even got a tattoo to remind me of this trip forever! Xx

I had the most amazing time on a RU Ready retreat in South Africa.

I was worries about going solo but Steph & Lauren could not be more friendly and all the amazing people I met on the retreat really made the whole experience.

The days are so well planned to get an amazing workout in and see the sights of South Africa, we did so much everyday.

Would recommend to anyone, will definitely by booking for more RU Ready events in the future.

I've been to 3 UK RU Ready retreats & also on their South Africa retreat and every time I go they just get better!

Alway leave an RU event with my glass feeling full- they're all full of good vibes, you get to meet great people & new experiences

The workouts always feel challenging, and there's an amazing balance between fitness, wellness as well as socialising and exploring new places

Can't wait to book on more retreats with them ☺️
